(Halifax, NS – July 15, 2022) Scotia Speedworld and the East Coast International Pro Stock Tour are thrilled to announce the Summer Clash 250 presented by Superior Foundations and Atlantic Tiltload. The Summer Clash 250 will take place on Saturday, August 13th at Scotia Speedworld and will feature racing talent from across the Maritimes and beyond. With a potential purse of over $80,000, the largest ever in Scotia Speedworld history, fans can expect incredible action on the track from the moment the green flag drops!

The Summer Clash 250 is the highlight event of a three-day extravaganza which will kick-off on Thursday with the Annual Food Truck Rally and Show & Shine, bring your favourite ride and put it on display for just $5! Friday night will feature Time Trials for the East Coast International Pro Stock Tour. The Time Trials winner will receive $1,000 with $200 going to each driver who Time Trials courtesy of East Coast International. Following Pro Stock Tour qualifying fans can take in the Superior Foundations 100 for the Fleet Brake Atlantic Sportsman cars.

Saturday the Summer Clash 250 will keep fans on the edge of their seats as drivers battle for their piece of the advertised $80,000 purse and the coveted Scott Fraser Memorial Cup. Just some of the funds teams will be competing for include $1,000 for leading the most laps, $1,000 for leading at halfway and a $2,500 Pole Challenge – not to mention $75 for every lap lead! The Summer Clash 250 will also be broadcast on REV TV - Canada’s Motorsports destination, which is available in over 6 million households across Canada. Summer Clash 250 will premiere on REV TV in prime time on Sunday, August 21st with the two-hour broadcast being re-aired at least six times.

Tickets for the Summer Clash 250 are on sale now! Adult tickets are $40.00, Youth (8-15) are $10.00, Pit entry is $45.00. Adult weekend passes are also available for $50.00 for grandstand seating and $55.00 for the pits. Tickets will be available at the gates on race day.
